Terms of Service

1. Service Description

CoachPulse is a client retention intelligence tool designed for freelance fitness trainers. The service provides engagement scoring, risk assessment, and AI-generated intervention message suggestions to help trainers maintain client relationships.

2. Decision-Support Tool

CoachPulse is a decision-support tool. All risk scores, engagement metrics, and AI-generated messages are suggestions only. The trainer is responsible for all client relationships, communications, and the decision to send or modify any AI-generated messages. CoachPulse does not guarantee retention outcomes.

3. Data Accuracy

Trainers are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into CoachPulse. Risk scores and AI messages are generated based on the data you provide. Inaccurate input will lead to inaccurate outputs.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated intervention messages are suggestions only. Trainers should review all messages before sending them to clients. CoachPulse is not responsible for client reactions to AI-generated content. Always personalize and verify messages before sending.

5. Billing & Subscriptions

CoachPulse offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All plans include a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, you will be billed according to your selected plan. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

6. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page or by contacting support. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

CoachPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to client churn, lost revenue, or relationship damage.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
